Cheers London!

We have not even been here 24 hours and our short trip to London to visit the Olympics is already over.

BT were fabulous and gracious hosts and everything was first class. They especially made Sarah feel at ease even though this was a business gathering of sorts.

The Olympic events last night will be truly memorable - especially for Michael Phelps fans. It was also great to watch the Brits cheer on their countrymen at the swimming event and velodrome biking where they dominated.

This morning we are flying off to Venice where we will stay for two nights. For the next two days, we will likely minimize the sightseeing, and maximize the relaxation time.

We are staying at the historic Hotel Danieli adjacent to St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco) so we will be right in the heart of postcard Venice.
