Hudson Hotel Cafeteria

TJ and I are NYC to get visas for our China trip. While we are waiting for the processing, we headed over to get some macaroni and cheese at the Hudson Hotel Cafeteria. If you have never had it, it is worth the trip, or should I say was worth the trip.

They remodeled and redesigned the place. I will spare you the details, but they replaced their awesome gourmet Mac and cheese with something far short of awesome. More like, we won't come here again. Hopefully the new management will bankrupt the place in a few months and they go back to the old format.

Upon completing our lunch, TJ pronounced his loyalty to Vicki's macaroni and cheese.

The upside of coming here was that Prince TJ was able to sit in a throne chair.
