The $2 000 Sundae

I was rushing back to the room to close out a short position in Apple stock before the market closed today. However, Sarah insisted that we stop in the hotel lobby ice cream shop. The sundae is so large that it comes with a vomit bucket. Anyway, I offered her $20 if she ate the whole thing - a safe bet on my part. While delayed at the ice cream shop, Apple stock continue to decline yielding me an additional $2,143 on my position. Including the cost of the sundae of $8 and the $20 bet (which will not get paid) you are looking at the $2,000 sundae.
